Punch Press Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Hartford, WI
Pay: $18–$28/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3pm M-F
Position Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with setup experience who enjoys working in a precision metal fabrication environment and takes pride in producing high-quality parts.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate punch presses according to blueprints and customer specifications.
- Install tooling and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
- Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Complete routine machine maintenance and keep equipment running efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area while following quality and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of punch press setup experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to producing quality work.
