IQ Resource Group is hiring a Punch Press Operator in Blaine, Minnesota!
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 an hour
Location: Blaine, Minnesota

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to produce quality parts
- Perform basic setup and tooling adjustments
- Read blueprints and job instructions
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of punch press or stamping experience (required)
- Setup experience is a plus
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication (turret, laser, brake press) is helpful
- Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Standing and moving throughout shift
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Repetitive hand movements
