Location: Neenah, WI
Wage: $21hr (Wage increases after probationary period.)
Hours: 5pm to 5am Monday-Thursday during busy season (Regular Hours: 2:50pm to 12:50am Monday-Thursday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Replenishing locations.
• Understanding all labeling requirements.
• Ability to batch process orders.
• Any other duties as directed.
• Perform general housekeeping as required.
• Train others as needed.
• Operate your lift & plan your tasks at an optimal rate to ensure the DC team has good efficiency,
• teamwork, & workflow.
• Be a positive influence to the material, support, suppliers, vendors, and salaried teams.
• Tolerance and respectfulness go hand in hand. Be open-minded and eager to learn.
• Flex to other work cells & perform any other duties as needed
• Communicate with the other shift recent problems or issues encountered.
• Train other employees to perform the functions of the position.
• Maintain the machine and area to be in good clean operating condition.
• Report any machine or materials problems to maintenance and/or supervisor
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical ability, organizational, and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Able to communicate equipment issues to maintenance.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read a ruler (US and metric) and have strong math skills.
• Attention to computer entry detail & accuracy
