Position: Roll Clamp Operator
Wage: $19 an hour
Hours: 3pm- 11pm Monday- Friday (Train on 1st shift)
Location: Neenah, WI
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks in the shipping/receiving area to start.
- Transition into a role that supports and supplies the production area.
- Measure rolls of paper using a tape measure or ruler with precision.
- Must be able to read a tape measure/ruler accurately for quality control.
- Remove damaged paper from rolls while minimizing excess waste to prevent material loss.
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure accurate measurements and reduce product loss.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience required
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16 of an inch.
- Must be able to write legibly to manually record roll sizes and data.
- Must demonstrate strong mechanical and math aptitudes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong focus on quality work.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
