IQ Resource Group is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Rotary Operator/Assistants in Minneapolis, Minnesota!
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $22.57/hour
- 2nd Shift: $22.57/hour + $0.75 shift differential
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Position Overview:
We are hiring Rotary Operators and Assistants to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and assisting with rotary equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and/or assist with rotary machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
- Load materials and support machine setup and changeovers
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
