IQ Resource Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Brooklyn Center/Twin Cities area.
This role specializes in high-quality siding solutions for residential customers. This role primarily focuses on retail siding sales with some insurance restoration work.
This is a full-time, high-growth opportunity with a strong base salary and uncapped commission potential.
Location: Twin Cities area
Schedule: Full-time (Peak season: May – October)
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission ($70,000 – $90,000+ in Year 1, $100,000 – $120,000+ in Year 2)
Job Description:
- Focus on high-quality siding solutions and cross-selling additional services.
- Follow the sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post-bid).
- Meet or exceed personal sales, margin, and cost-per-margin targets.
- Provide detailed, accurate estimates and enter them into the company CRM.
- Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and office communications.
- Continuously develop expertise in siding products and exterior home solutions.
- Generate some leads through personal networking and activity (majority provided by company marketing efforts).
- Participate in weekly Team Meetings.
- Develop, track, and adjust a sales plan with Sales Manager guidance.
- Submit a weekly GAM report on sales performance, challenges, and goals.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and customer service with a strong hunter mentality.
- Experience in siding sales or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
