Sanitation (Monroe, WI)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2pm-11pm | Overtime as required
Pay: $21.34 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of cheese production equipment, tools, and surfaces according to protocols.
- Clean and sanitize conveyors, cutters, molds, tables, and utensils.
- Disassemble machinery for deep cleaning and reassemble according to SOPs.
- Apply and monitor proper chemical concentrations following SDS guidelines.
- Support allergen and cross contamination prevention procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including chemicals used.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and safety teams.
- Follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements at all times.
- Identify and report sanitation issues to supervisors.
- Complete pre-operational and post – operational sanitations tasks
- Identify and report sanitation, equipment, and safety issues to leadership.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure equipment is production – ready.
