Sanitation Technician – 1st Shift

Wage: $18.00/hr to start (Advanced roles can earn up to $24.00/hr)

Shift: 1st Shift, full-time (some weekend work required)

Location: Green Bay, WI

Position Summary: In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following a set Master Cleaning Schedule. You’ll work with cleaning equipment and industrial-strength chemicals (all training and PPE provided) to ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize production equipment and surfaces
• Operate hoses, scrubbers, and lifts as needed
• Sweep, mop, and perform general facility cleaning
• Work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts
• Follow all safety procedures and food safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, reach, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Strong attendance record and ability to follow detailed instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
