Seafood Department Associate – Windsor, WI

Schedule:
- 3 Shift: Sunday – Friday 7pm-4am
- Pay: $19.50 +
What You’ll Do:
- Cut, trim, fillet, and portion a variety of fresh seafood products.
- Use knives and seafood cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and package seafood products according to customer specifications.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous seafood cutting experience and strong knife skills required.
- Ability to properly fillet, portion, trim, and cut seafood.
- Knowledge of different seafood products and cutting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated, fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required.
