IQ Resource Group is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to help support a busy warehouse operation during the holiday season! Multiple positions are available, including Stockers, Pickers/Binners, and Packagers. No previous warehouse experience is required, making this a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift, with staggered start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
Employment Type: Temporary seasonal assignment through approximately December 18, with the possibility of a short extension
Overtime: Additional Saturday overtime may be required during the busy season.
Available Positions & Responsibilities
Stocker
- Stock incoming products on warehouse shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Move boxes to the correct locations and organize products efficiently.
- Monitor shelves for low inventory and move designated tags to the appropriate staging area.
- Place excess inventory in the staging area and break down empty boxes for recycling.
- Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Picker/Binner
- Follow pick lists and customer orders to locate the correct products.
- Use barcode scanners to verify product accuracy.
- Pick items and organize them in carts for customer orders.
- Sort products into the appropriate bins and totes, ensuring orders are accurate and complete.
- Regularly move throughout the warehouse or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
- Lift items weighing approximately 20–40 lbs.
Packager
- Verify shipping labels, packing slips, product sizes, and quantities.
- Place smaller items, including jewelry, into protective pouches.
- Pack customer orders carefully, seal packages, and attach shipping labels.
- Stand at a packing station for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift finished boxes weighing approximately 20–40 lbs.
Employees may also be considered for other warehouse support positions based on business needs and individual fit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are essential.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a busy warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assigned position, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
- Flexibility to work required overtime during the holiday rush.
Schedule & Important Details
- A 30-minute unpaid lunch break is provided.
- Employees will have Thanksgiving Day off and are expected to return to work on Friday after Thanksgiving.
- Mandatory overtime may be required on the Saturday following Thanksgiving, with possible Sunday work depending on business needs.
- Additional Saturday overtime may be scheduled throughout the assignment.
