IQ Resource Group is Hiring a Spot Welder in Oshkosh, WI!
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
We’re seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing. Previous spot welding experience is a plus, but candidates with machine operating or manufacturing experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do
- Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Load, unload, and position materials for production
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
- Assist with general manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spot welding experience
- Machine operating experience
- Previous welding experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
