IQ Resource Group is seeking energetic and reliable Summer Custodians / Janitors to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities.

Shift: June 1st through August 14th. Monday – Friday; 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2 Bilingual Leads: $18.00 hourly (Spanish/English) – supporting communication and taking direction from the custodial supervisor; but performing same cleaning.
8 Cleaners: $16 hourly (no English required) dusting, moving furniture, general cleaning, wiping down walls/surfaces, windows, sinks, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping
Location: Will vary throughout the 11 weeks depending on the site; all 8 locations in Burlington. Assignments will generally be one building a week or with advance notice of moving locations
No outside groundskeeping or cleaning, potential for waxing/stripping or scrubbing if appropriate and the person is able.
Training provided but would prefer individuals who have experience with industrial general cleaning.
Physical Requirements:
- Job is classified as heavy work
- Regularly stand, lift, walk, stoop, bend, reach, kneel and repetitive movements with both hands.
- Lift/push/pull up to 70# weekly; lift/push/pull up to 50# regularly
- Perform indoors in non-climate controlled environment
- Maintain concentration and focus on tasks requiring timeliness and detail
