IQ Resource Group is seeking a Temporary HR Support candidate to fill an opening at our client in Oshkosh, WI. If you have prior HR experience or strong administrative experience, apply now or give us a call/text at 920-235-1555.
Employment Type: Temporary (about 3 to 5 months)
Wage: $20-$25/hr
Shift: 1st – 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday (but can be flexible)
Job duties Include:
- I-9 Audits
- New Hire Check Ins/Answer Questions
- Compensation work
- Annual Review – Process to Improve Tracking/Documentation
- 90 Day Review Upgrade
- Electronic filing
- Making orientation folders
- Birthday tokens
- Sending calendar invites
- Locker audit (checking the locker listing for accuracy and updating as needed)
- Ordering lunches
- Ordering supplies (paper, envelopes, etc.)
- Gift cards for recognition program
- Help with posting items internally to the plant (job postings, announcements, etc.)
- Engagement activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience within an HR department is preferred but will consider candidates with strong administrative experience.
- Must be proficient with computers, to include Outlook and MS Office (basic proficiency with Word and Excel).
- Must be professional and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
