Location: Oshkosh, WI
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19-21/hour
We’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder to perform precision welding on custom wire products and assemblies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed fabrication work, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality welds.
What You’ll Do
- Perform precision TIG welding on custom wire products and fabricated assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Position and fixture wire components prior to welding
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications
- Maintain production schedules while producing high-quality work
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience welding stainless steel wire products
- Wire fabrication or light manufacturing experience
- Experience with custom fabrication and fixtures
- Welding certification
- MIG welding experience is a plus
