IQ Resource Group is seeking skilled TIG Welders/Fabricators for a growing manufacturer in the Neenah area. This position offers the chance to work on high-quality stainless steel and aluminum components in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment.
Location: Neenah, WI
Pay: $23.00 – $34.00/hour based on experience + $4.00/hour shift premium
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Overtime available on Fridays)
What You’ll Do:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals while producing strong, high-quality, visually appealing welds.
- Utilize advanced welding techniques, including “Walk the Cup.”
- Operate and work with welding automation equipment such as plasma weld-around systems.
- Fabricate and assemble components by measuring, cutting, grinding, and shaping materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
- Follow quality assurance procedures and maintain high workmanship standards.
- Meet productivity, efficiency, and quality expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous TIG welding and fabrication experience required.
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
