Position: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $20.50–$22.00/hr
Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift: Full-time with some weekend work required (shift availability varies by location)
Job Summary: In this role, you’ll help stage, load, and organize product safely and accurately. You’ll also inspect incoming and outgoing materials and help keep inventory flowing efficiently. Whether you’ve worked in a warehouse before or you’re ready to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stage finished goods and prepare outgoing shipments
- Load/unload trucks and operate shrink wrapping equipment
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Follow dock procedures and verify food safety compliance
- Read and follow Bills of Lading and shipping paperwork
- Affix date tags, rotate stock, and maintain organized inventory
- Complete basic computer entries and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- Forklift experience/certification preferred (training provided)
- Must have strong attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to work in hot or cold conditions (including cold storage)
- Able to lift 50–80 lbs, bend, twist, and perform physical labor
- Comfortable operating stand-up forklifts and working at heights
