Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (Long-Term Opportunity)

Pay: $20.72 per hour + $2.00 shift premium
Schedule: Monday – Thursday Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Location: Waunakee, WI
Job Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and place materials into flow-through racking
- Verify incoming materials (sea freight, air freight, and domestic purchases) and enter inventory into SAP
- Pull, package, and ship outbound materials to satellite plants and external customers
- Replenish and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare kits and pull parts orders
- Deliver raw materials to the machine shop and stock finished goods
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S standards
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, math, and basic computer skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift (10–12 hours per day)
