Location: New London, WI

Wage:

  • 1st shift: $20/hr
  • 2nd shift: $22/hr (any hours after 6pm)

Work Hours:

  • 1st shift: 6:30am to 3pm or done
  • 2nd shift: 1pm-9pm or done

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulatory standards, including Human Resources, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, FDA, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and USDA requirements.
  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, safety, and positive workplace behaviors.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to maintain efficient, high-functioning production that supports organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the company Customer Service Specialist to manage all necessary paperwork for pickups, including scanning BOLs, manifests, and pick tickets.
  • Communicate and document any product returns in coordination with the Customer Service Specialist.
  • Stack and organize previous day’s production runs according to specified pallet patterns.
  • Prepare and arrange pallets in the shipping bay to align with scheduled departures, ensuring all shipments are loaded accurately and matched to purchase orders.
  • Safely rack hot finished products into the blast cooler while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with GMP standards.
  • Operate scanning equipment correctly to track products and documentation.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and positive work environment for all employees.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly and standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations.
  • Operate forklift

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Prior experience in food or dairy manufacturing is preferred.
  • Prior forklift experience preferred.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on continuous improvement and safety.
