Location: New London, WI
Wage:
- 1st shift: $20/hr
- 2nd shift: $22/hr (any hours after 6pm)
Work Hours:
- 1st shift: 6:30am to 3pm or done
- 2nd shift: 1pm-9pm or done
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulatory standards, including Human Resources, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, FDA, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and USDA requirements.
- Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, safety, and positive workplace behaviors.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to maintain efficient, high-functioning production that supports organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the company Customer Service Specialist to manage all necessary paperwork for pickups, including scanning BOLs, manifests, and pick tickets.
- Communicate and document any product returns in coordination with the Customer Service Specialist.
- Stack and organize previous day’s production runs according to specified pallet patterns.
- Prepare and arrange pallets in the shipping bay to align with scheduled departures, ensuring all shipments are loaded accurately and matched to purchase orders.
- Safely rack hot finished products into the blast cooler while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with GMP standards.
- Operate scanning equipment correctly to track products and documentation.
- Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and positive work environment for all employees.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly and standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Prior experience in food or dairy manufacturing is preferred.
- Prior forklift experience preferred.
