Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Neenah, WI
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Wage: $16 an hour
Job Duties:
- Open and process returned shoe packages efficiently
- Verify returned items match packing slips and return documentation
- Inspect footwear and packaging for damage, wear, or missing components
- Determine product condition
- Replace damaged boxes, tissue paper, inserts, or tags as needed
- Repackage items according to company standards
- Stage and organize processed returns in designated areas
- Enter or verify basic return information in the returns processing system (as required)
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while meeting daily productivity goals
- Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or concerns to the lead or supervisor
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow written and verbal work instructions and quality guidelines
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Reliability is critical due to the short-term nature of the project
- 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to count accurately with strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Computer skills required
