IQ Resource Group is hiring a Warehouse/Picker for a leading company in Northfield, Minnesota!
Schedule: 1:00pm until complete (7.5-8 hours)
Must be available on Friday’s and Sunday’s.
Pay: $21.00 an hour!
Help keep products and materials moving efficiently throughout the warehouse. This position will load and unload trucks, carts, and pallets, restock inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.
- Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Restock and replenish warehouse inventory as needed.
- Use a computer system to process incoming and outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with company safety and sanitation standards.
- Properly dispose of materials and keep work areas free of hazards.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet established productivity and attendance expectations.
- Safely operate all equipment required for the position.
- Work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing.
- Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
