IQ Resource Group is Hiring a Warehouse Worker in Eden Prairie, Minnesota!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm
Pay: $20.00–$24.50/hr

Job Overview
This position will handle receiving and inspecting shipments, picking and preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying items against packing slips and invoices.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
- Pull and stage materials and components for production orders based on daily schedules.
- Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Enter receipts and inventory transactions into the ERP system.
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Report inventory issues, damaged products, and safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Previous ERP system experience preferred (Epicor is a plus).
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
