Location: Chaska, Minnesota
Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (with rotating weekends)
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Temp-to-Hire Pay Increase: Earn $20.00 per hour after successful temp-to-hire period!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers by taking new orders over the phone.
- Handle inquiries regarding products, warranties, tracking, order details, and returns.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly tone throughout every customer interaction.
- Follow scripts to suggest additional items or services.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in data entry and accurate typing.
- Comfort working with multiple computer screens.
