JOB DESCRIPTION
Construction Restoration Company now seeking hard-working, experienced Carpenters, eager to expand their knowledge and begin or continue a career in the field of restoration! You will work alongside other experienced tradesmen to restore residential single-family homes; to include, townhomes, single residence spaces, and apartment complexes. From demolition and debris removal to the finished product; including, trim and finish work, drywall, flooring and more, this is a one stop restoration shop!
As a Carpenter your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Framing
- Demolition
- Proper & Safe Usage of Hand tools and Power tools
- Hauling of material and tool
- Site clean up
- Follow safety guidelines while on job sites or working in a shop
- Window Installation
- Door Installation
- Cabinet Installation
- Flooring Installation
- Installation of interior trim, base, casing, crown molding, etc.
- Operate hand and power tools
- Finish/Trim work of millwork
- Installation, taping, mudding and sanding of drywall
- Painting, staining, varnishing of millwork
- Ability to adequately complete daily tasks on own after receiving training
- Willingness to learn and advance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation daily to shop located in Anoka, MN
- Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (MVR and Background Check)
- Willingness to participate in any/all safety training required for the position
