Compensation: starting wage $35,000 – 45,000 salary (DOQ)
Job description
Position summary:
As a member of the Collections Team, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding customer experience by using attention to detail skills to process a variety of tasks in a fast paced, detail-oriented, team environment. In this role, you will follow the collections process until funds are collected. You will build relationships with customers and clients and monitor aging reports. Working with the Supervisor, you will determine solutions, and file and process legal matters related to collections.
Experience/Skills:
- Dependable and responsible
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technology efficient and ability to learn new programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CAD Program knowledge proffered but none required
- Estimating software experience preferred, but none required
- Able to accurately type 40 wpm
- Able to follow systems/processes to perform job duties
- Task/goal driven to help reach Team and Company goals
- Clear and effective communication skills – written/verbal
Ability to multi-task and think quickly.
