About the Role

We’re looking for a Bilingual Production Trainer to help onboard and train new employees in our production departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring new team members feel supported and confident as they start their journey with us. You’ll lead group training sessions, provide one-on-one support, and help translate between English and Spanish to bridge communication on the shop floor.
